Positive Changes
Holy Ground PBC has the important mission of sheltering and mentoring young moms and their children in Palm Beach County, who are willing to make positive changes in their lives. Today, we too have made a positive change. We are introducing our new logo! Now it is evident in our new look that our young families are at the heart of the good work we do.
As always, we are grateful for your support over the years. It is only through your generosity that we have been privileged to grow as an organization and help transform young lives. Thank you!

This 5-minute video depicts a theory of change from the Frontiers of Innovation community for achieving breakthrough outcomes for vulnerable children and families. It describes the need to focus on building the capabilities of caregivers and strengthening the communities that together form the environment of relationships essential to children's lifelong learning, health, and behavior.
